This 2ha infill site presents environmental and planning constraints, including flood overlays and multiple zoning overlays. Much of the vegetation is degraded from past grazing and weed invasion, creating an opportunity to restore the land, improve amenity, and dedicate enhanced areas back to council.

In wider collaboration with New Style Developments, this 8,000 m² project forms part of a 40+ lot development delivering new houses in a high-demand pocket on Brisbane's northside. The project involved complex servicing arrangements and optimisation of biodiversity overlays in line with the Council's overall strategy for the region.
