In collaboration with New Style Developments, this 4,000 m² project was acquired in November 2022 with a delayed settlement. The project involves bushfire, acoustic, and environmental overlays along with accommodating a stormwater management design. 

Kingstown Ave, Boondall

This 809 m² property was purchased through an auction in the third quarter of 2023. A substantial amount of asbestos was removed in the demolition process. To obtain development approval, challenges such as designing lot layout, arranging for utilities, and planning for stormwater discharge had to be addressed.
